Renting an apartment is more than finding a tenant at a reasonable price, it is also managing it on a daily basis. Stress-free and long-term rental is an expectation of every property owner. Our task is to carry out this process in such a way as to take over the troubles.

We are only interested in good locations around business centers and universities, and with convenient access to means of transport. The condition of the apartment is also a key issue, if renovation is required, it is possible to work out a contract that is mutually beneficial. We are interested in 3-room apartments and more for the management model with a rent guarantee, and 2-room apartments and studios for the subscription management model.

We are flexible in action, which allows us to approach each contract individually.

We work with other companies involved in such activities in other parts of Poland, thanks to which we exchange experience. We participate in cyclical trainings where we expand our knowledge related to renting. Thanks to cooperation with lawyers, we update the provisions of our lease agreements.
